Shortbread Cookies

Shortbread Cookies are the perfect blend of crumbly texture and sweet, buttery flavor. They're ideal for dunking in tea or coffee, or for eating as a standalone snack.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup White Granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- 2 large Eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375€F (190€C).
- Whisk together flour, butter, and sugars in a large bowl.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
- Add baking soda and salt, mixing until combined.
- Scoop cookie dough into balls, 1/4 cup each.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.
